Whether sitting on the terrace looking out towards Blockhouse and across to St Martins or in the dining room with panoramic views out to sea, your experience of the Island Hotel will be enhanced by its food.

Head Chef Peter Marshall and his brigade, pride themselves on sourcing fresh, seasonal and local ingredients...you can almost touch the lobster pots!  The food successfully combines the classical with the modern and will not disappoint.  From breakfast through lunch and of course dinner a range is on offer daily that will please all appetites, diets and cravings.
