Single occupancy of a double room is accepted at off peak times at a supplement of 50% of the full adult tariff.
There is a 5% discount for personal bookings of five nights or more.
Children’s Rates
Children (2-12 years) sharing with two adults pay £50.00 for high tea, bed & breakfast. Children in their own room pay 70% of the Adult Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Tariff, based on double occupancy and dinner in the restaurant

Our reservations staff live and work on the island, and will be able to assist with every question you may have, and help you may need.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all our guests insure against holiday cancellation or delay. To cover these contingencies the Hotel provides a special insurance proposal for travel to the Isles of Scilly. Should guests decide to make other arrangements please ensure that the chosen policy covers all forms of travel delay, including weather conditions.
Travel
Where flights or insurance are included we arrange and pay for flights/sea passage and/or insurance on your behalf. Payment to cover this is deducted from the requested deposit and the remainder is credited to your account on departure. Full terms and conditions
Payment - We are able to accept payment in £ Sterling, by cheque and most credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
